GENERAL BUSINESS TERMS

Thank you for your reservation and we ask you to pay attention to the following terms of operation of the tent:

– A valid credit card is required as a guarantee for your reservation.

– Check-in at the facility is possible after 16:00 on the day of arrival.
– Check-out from the facility must be done by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
– The facility reserves the right to charge additional costs for late check-outs.
– If you want to change or cancel a reservation, you can make changes in accordance with the Reservation Cancellation Terms.

The residence tax is paid at the reception of the camp:
– € 1.50 per person per day
– Children up to 11.99 years old do not pay residence tax
– People between the ages of 12 and 17.99 pay 50% of the price of the residence tax

ISTRA TENT d.o.o. reserves the right to change prices at any time depending on capacity availability and demand. The price offered is informative until the moment of making the reservation. In case of early departure, the full amount of the reservation is charged (unless the reason for the departure is illness or force majeure).

We keep the reservation until midnight on the day of arrival.
Within the term 17.07. – 20.08., in case of cancellation of the reservation 7-1 days before arrival, 1 night stay in the reserved type of accommodation is charged.
In all other periods, in case of cancellation of the reservation 3-1 days before arrival, 1 night in the reserved type of accommodation is charged.
In case of non-arrival of the guest, 1 night stay in the reserved type of accommodation is charged.

ACCOMMODATION PRICE INCLUDES:

– Accommodation up to a maximum of 5 people
– The cost of water and electricity
– Use of outdoor pools with a limited number of sunbeds and umbrellas
– Wifi access
– Parking place
Pets are allowed.
